Hi, Im struggling to find my great grandfather on the birth register. Ive just found out that he was born in Kerry, Ireland approx 1845. Could anyone give me any info on where to look?

Thanks

Unfortunately, that was before civil registration started in Ireland.

You could try asking for help on the rootsweb mailing list for Kerry, in case anyone has access to baptismal records.
