Does anyone have a dummies guide to using this site, some kind person found a marriage entry for me but i cannot find anything, apart from images from the 1500's
i want to be able to find marriage entries etc

One more question, is there anyway of searching the parish registers by name or do i have to look through the images one by one

I've used this site loads and love it.

It's the little comments in the margins.......one of mine read that the husband of so and so was such a person, but the father of the child was someone else!!!!
