I think that she's called Susan Mott and Ellen is a her visitor.

Susan was born in 1821 in Wakerley or Wakering Essex.

In 1891 she's with her husband William Mott in Thundersley and in 1881 she's a visitor in her brother's house and he's called William Dorman
Not sure if that's any help though !
