the free package only allows 400 odd names on it,also restricts the amount of pictures you can put on,and you can only have 15 members.
What i did to over come this was to separate my family's and have a couple of trees instead of just one.
the good thing is,the site will tell you what relationship you are to every one on your tree plus it will inform you if any one else has a tree with matches to your own.

I joined My Heritage in October last year and upgraded to the premium package for £18.

The most beneficial bonus for me was the research facility. It basically searches the internet based on the info you;ve put in. And you can choose to do it one person at a time, or you're whole tree in one go.

I've found it very easy to use, both the free version and the upgraded version.

The book reports are also fab!

Cathrine,
the support from my heritage is good,i had a few probs at first and they e-mailed me back same day, plus they give their name on the e-mail so that you can deal with the same person, until your prob is fixed
