Has anybody been to Westminster archives?

If so, how easy is it to access baptism records, particullarly St Clement Danes and Liberty of the Rolls?

As said, the staff are helpful and show you where things are. I searched for my ancestral family, and did a look up for someone else. I didn't do any photocopies but make copious notes.

Thanks, I will need to spend a day there sometime. Can one take a laptop?

It's always best, I have found, to ring first to explain what you want to do and ask if you need to book a film / fiche viewer, and if you can take a laptop. Here is their site
