Helen try your local library or Museum. Have a photocopy done first if it's that old all the handling won't help it.

Thanks, I'll try and get hold of one. The London Guildhall have offered to have a look so I'm going to take a copy in there when I get a chance.

I have an old letter found with my grandfather's possessions which possibly dates from WW2, It is totally unreadable, and is possibly even in a foreign language so I need to know where to go to get someone to look at it. Has anyone got any ideas please?
