I think the first time I exported the Gedcom from Genes the emaial took a while to come through (overnight or a couple of days I think), but since then its done within minutes.

Hi Carolyn

If you mean from Genes...it shouldn't take long.Once it has been exported you go to your email account (the 1 you gave to Genes when you joined)...ie Hotmail for example and there will be a email there from Genes,attached will be your tree.Depends how big your tree is but shouldn't take more than a few mins.

How long does it take to export your tree?????
