You can download the application form from the official site, Veterans Agency here is the link, plus it will explain all the procedures etc.

I have just done my Grandfathers Military record,It cannot be done over the internet ,it is only available buy mail .

HQ Secretariat
Historical Disclosures
Mail Point 555
Kentigern House
65 Brown St
Glasgow
G2 8EX
All records for the military are in Scotland be it England Scoland or Welsh Records
Hope this helps OH it cost 30 English Pounds to apply and take about two months.
Telephone 0141 224 3030,they will send you the application forms .Sue

Is it possible for me to get a copy of my late fathers,WW2 army record.
If so where would apply.
