Has anyone out there done a web page before and is there a good free one, with out fees.

Has anybody done a web page ??

I've created lots of simple one's but you do need the software in order to do this, Micrsoft Front page or Dreamweaver are 2 of them, these you have to buy but there are free one's available.

Is there a good free one ??

Do you mean a free website design program or free hosting where your website will be hosted, once your website is designed you will have to get some webspace to host it on, some ISP's like Virgin media give you 30 megabytes free of charge, this is quite a lot.

You will also need some software to upload your website to the internet, these programs can be got hold of free from the net.
