i can not find any trace of my gt, gt grandmother louisa lombard born in jersey 1841-1846, ihave found her in 1901 census, in warwickshire England, but not on any other census . i know she had a daughter in 1875, no father on birth certificate, but in 1901 census they are down as aunt and niece. can any one suggest any thing ,i am at a brick wall

Following on from a PM from Denise, I nuding this up in the hope that someone can find Louisa Lambard/Lombard on the 1871 or an earlier census.

We think that this is the correct Louisa on the 1881

Louisa LAMBARD Nurse U Female 46 Jersey, Channel Islands Sick Nurse
Census Place Leamington Priors, Warwick, England

Louisa had a daughter Mary Agnes Lumbard in 1875 Warwick but no father on birth certificate.

Denise has found a Louisa ann Lumbarde who died in leamington 1901 aged 59 and she will send for the certificate.

Hoping someone can find Louisa on an earlier census.
