So I assume Amy was Amy Falla, yes? Why dont you go down that route as thats a more rare name.

These people do it on purpose dont they. Strange thing is, for a soldier in a Yorkshire regiment, he seems pretty settled on that island doesnt he: two kids knocked out in 2 years and both born there .............

can't find his marriage anywhere. I'm assuming he married in Guernsey as thats where his wifes family came from. Have found the pension records for him which doesnt tell you where he was born either!!!

Shirl, why dont you buy his marriage cert or one of the kids birth certs, more than likely it will be on there.
