ive been looking on the 1911 census to try and find some more information and ive come across a couple of things that have me stumped.
its showing my gt gt grandad isaac kay b.1865 as single living with the rest of his family-hes 21 but at the side of his name instead of son it says twin? in all the research ive been doing ive never come across any hints of this.

also his sister sarah annie gordon is there as married for 3 years but theres no sign of her hubby? ried tracing her marriage but having no luck at all.

theres also a annie sarah kay-granddaughter aged 2 but whos her mum and dad??? aaarrrhhh this 1911 census has thrown up more problems than before lol.

also, does anyone know where i can find old maps for deansgate mcr as they were liveing on camp street there.

omgoodness i cant believe you found them that quickly! ive been at it hours!

i think sometimes you get so befuddled you cant see straight.

that definately looks like them. i shall send for the cert to make sure.

i wonder why he wasnt at home with his wife on the census night?
