Just a quick question, the person who transcribes the image on Free BMD, are they relatives or just volunteers

did think that they were relatives and got all excited when i saw a lot of my family on there, lol

Hi Stephanie, it MAY be a case that the volunteer is related and has transcribed relevant records, but most volunteers are just given batches to complete. If the transcriber has opted to be contactable, it could mean they are related.
