I have been helped a number of times by kind people on this site and it got me tinking how I could help others in their research. I have come up with this.
If anyone is researching their family and find that they were from my town and wanted photos of houses etc.. then I can possibly take pics for you and email them to you . I have done this in my tree and it really gives you an idea of the place they once lived.

So if anyone is interested in this offer The town is situated between Ashton Under Lyne, Lancs and Stalybridge , Ches and is called Dukinfield .

Hi Donna,

I have no association with Dukinfield, however I would like to acknowledge your kind offer which will, I'm sure, be much appreciated by some members. Very kind of you.

Hi Donna

I once thought I had no connection with Dukinfield except that my somewhat antique (lol!) sis-in-law lives there

......................... but then discovered a few years ago that my grandmother's father was born and lived there back in the mid-1850s! Strange how things go around in circles isn't it?

However, I don't need any photos ....... but it is very kind of you to offer.
