I have the marriage certificate for my gg grandparents marriage on 01 Dec 1850 at St. Hilda's in South Shields.
However, I have just seen on IGI that there is an entry for the same marriage on 10 Nov 1850 in the same church. This is an extracted entry, not a members submission, so one would assume that the IGI information would be accurate.
Is there an obvious reason for the difference in dates?
I assume that the marriage certificate is correct.
Many thanks
G
