Hi
For the last week or so Ive been tring to view trees (with owners permission) and Im getting a message up saying object expected...line 35 (whatever that means) and Genes reunited said to make sure I was using internet explorer 7 (which I am) and if its not that then it must be a technical problem and theyre looking into it.Are any of you having the same problem or is it just me? Many Thanks

Sorry I should have said, these are not trees that have too many members

Hi Brisnsleys

Thanks for your answer. Ive done all that yes.Ill get onto genes again and see if it is a technical problem. I just wondered if others are having the same problems. Thanks again.

I have just tried opening several trees using both Internet Explorer and Firefox, and haven't seen any problems. I must say though, that I use Firefox out of preference to IE as I find if much faster and far less problematical.

Have you done the usual things such as clearing out your Internet temp files (cache) and making sure you have the latest version of macromedia flash player installed?
