David, if you live near London they are held at the British Library. I have been a few times and sometimes you need to order them as they are stored off-site so it's best to call or look on their website.

You can try contacting the main public library for the relevant area........as long as you know the address of the people you are researching.

They are not searchable by name

Im wondering if there is any where i can get old electroll rolls from or do i have to travel to the area to find them?
