Hi

Just wasted 30 credits on 1911 census looking up my grandmother - thought I had found her - name matched, year of birth - clicked on the full family transcript only to find that the surname transcript was wrong. Aghh

Having looked at it...did you take the opportunity to correct it ?

I've send them a message on the feeback and pasted in the reference etc so hpoefully it will be corrected.

Not the first time its happened but it getting abit expensive to access info that is incorrect.

If it was wrongly transcribed then I would be asking for a refund on those credits spent!
