I have asked this before but couldn't get any help, thought I would try again.

On my e-mail I have a second toll bar which says New SMS and has a small what looks like a mobile on it.
I would like to to take this off but don't know how to, can anyone help please.

I have to go out after 2pm but will be here for the next hour if anyone has any ideas.

Betty,

Can you advise which email service and program you use to access it? If someone else uses the same then they may be able to help, otherwise we are working blind.

For example (in my case) I have a Hotmail Account which I access with Windows Live Mail.

Windows I think? Maybe outlook express not sure sorry!! Yes just checked it says window mail.

Sorry I have to go out now as away to see grandchildren but hope someone has some idea how to get rid of this.

Or if there's stuff on the 2nd toolbar you want to keep, when you right click you should get a drop-down menu with customize. Click that & it should show you all the buttons which you can add to or remove from your toolbar.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all your suggestions, yes Island the second tool bar I am trying to delete with the SMS and small mobile phone beside it. I just came on computer and saw all your messages. thank your all!! I have tried them all and still not deleted this SMS Toolbar.

I did all the right click bit before as well it doesn't show when you right click on that toolbar.
