Which one is the Station Master in pic??

I was hoping somebody could help me :-)
I have a pic which I'm hoping includes one of my relatives. He was the station master but I don't know which one he would be.... if he's there at all. I don't think he was any older than about 30 when this was taken
Ill have to email it though. Any help much appreciated x
