Photo install in tree?

Hi Joy
I've just added another photo to my tree to see if it was still working. I'm never sure how I do it but it has worked each time. I clicked on add photo, then browse, then chose the photo, then I clicked on open file. At that point I noticed that the number of the photo then appears on the screen so I then click on upload and I now have two photos of me on my tree. Not saying that this is the answer, but that I have entered over thirty photos without a problem-hope that it might work for you-JLe

hi joy after you up load your photo you must click on save then it should show .

Help, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. I have tried to install a photo of my g.father on his site on my tree three times and it never comes out. I press "add photo", get the window up, it says click "browse" then goes to my folders and I pick out the photo, the name of photo goes into the window, then I click on upload, it uploads, then just disappears, it doesn't do into the frame. . I do not press anything after it uploads it just goes off screen. Anybody able to enlighten me??? or do I contact Genes?? Thanks in advance Joy in Australia
