hi five days ago i purchsed a family tree maker 2009 version when i try to load it with the instal it show error . i phone the help line they said the would email me with intructions but have not any idea,s please thank you |

I'd take it back to the shop you bought it from, if you bought online contact the seller. I had no problems loading my package - and believe me I'm no expert on techi stuff. |
