Although not too experienced, I am now quite adept at finding people on census returns. As I have had so much help from others in tracing my family, I would like to do the same if I can. What I want to know is this. When people find a census entry, they seem to have a way of entering the details without laboriously typing them out. Am I right? And how is this done?
Thanks!

Hi Janet,
The entries are copied and pasted from Ancestry.
To copy the text, click on where you want to start, then drag your mouse over the text you wish to copy and right click, select copy (or press control and c) then open a reply and press control and V or right click again and select paste.

One point Janet, as the t and c of ancestry say you cant actually do this :( you should try to remove any bits of the pasting which shows it is an obvious copied entry from ancestry.
