you might want to see if you can find her obituary in a local paper.


We quite often see deaths of nuns and fathers in our local paper over here.

hi, it is/was in colwich stafford . it was a priory then became an abbey as far as i can work out . mary seems to have been there from the age of 25 at least . thanks , angela

hi , can anyone tell me please if benedictine nun's deaths were registered as per normal ? i'm trying to find death of mary josephine ( evangelista ) de capitain ( 1865 battersea) who was abbess at st mary's abbey 1930 - 1948 and can't find her anywhere as yet . thankyou , angela
