Please could someone help/confirm a cause of death.
I have just been on ancestry on the new 1834-1934 deaths & Burials. I have my 4x great grandfather ROBERT FREWER b 1787 on the deaths for St marylebone workhouse in 1862. he is first on search, last on actual image. on cause of death the first two words are DECAY OF the last is hard to read but I think it says ACTIVITY
could one of you kind people have a look and see what you think.
Thank you so much
Gary

sorry cant look at it as you need Premium membership for access,I only have Essentials which on renewing did lock me out of things I could access before like Pallots.

I think it says "Decay of nature", which would just mean old age I think. There is someone else further up the page with the same cause of death which is a bit clearer to read but the word looks the same to me.

Thanks Shirley, Joan nd Kath.
Didn;t spot the one further up the page, but def Decay of nature - old age, well he was 75 bless him. sad thing is his son also Robert died 15 years later aged 65 in ward in the same workhouse.
Thanks again
