Just go to your original posting and click edit. You will find that you have access to change the heading, as well as the message text.

Can someone please tell me how to amend the title of a thread so that it says "SORTED" as Caz had done several times?

Seems a very useful thing to do, so people can look at it if they wish to know how it got sorted, or ignore if needed.
