I'm sooooo frustrated!

Does anyone know how to contact Ancestry technical support by telephone?

I have recently had to download my ISP onto a new computer, in the transfer I have lost my username and password. I can sort of remember my username but when I say that I have forgotten my password it says that it will send a new one to my registered email address. The problem is, is that I now have a new email address and can't access their email!!! So frustrating!

I have tried their online help but it wont allow me to send a message to them. AAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!

Sorry I am rambling now! lol!

Kind regards
Angie

Hi Angie

A previous post from a few months ago gave the number as
0800 404 9723 and I used that when I contacted them recently - it is one digit different from the one Pam has given, so if one doesn't work try the other.
Ancestry technical support are incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with.
