No, the actual tree permissions have been removed at GR's end, as shown by the tree permissions bit in my contacts section. I have had to go through and reallow permissions to many of my existing contacts.

Tracey, the symptoms you desctibe are consistent with only part of your tree data loading down to your pc This includes the drop down list of trees you have access to, which is why some of them appear missing.

Try the suggestion on the Disappearing Trees thread to increase the amount of disk space allocated for internet files. It seems to have worked for one or to others having similar problems.

You may find that some of your tree accesses have been removed. I lost several of mine with the latest GR site upgrades and have also had to reopen my tree to contacts who had previously been able to view it. Unfortunately it is quite random.

Go to your family tree page, once open look top right you will see "view other tree" drop down menu will show trees you have access to.

Hi all,
I haven't been on GR for a while and not used to the new pages. Could anyone please tell me how I can find either a list of the 'other trees I've been granted permission to view? I can only find them in my messages but cannot suss out how to view any of them/
