Thanks for looking this up for me, I will have to ask his Son if this could be him. He is very much in the dark about his Father. I will talk to him about it.

Hi, I've had a quick look on findmypast and have found a Henry Sayers born 1896 living in Epsom; and a Harry C Sayers born 1901 in Croydon. Might he be either of these? They don't come up as born in Guildford but they were born somewhere in Surrey.

he might not have been registered if he was a gypsy, because they travelledthey sometimes managed to evade such things as census and official registrations - I'm afraid without more info you might not be able to trace him

Thanks for looking up this person. All I know is what I put on my request. We think he could have been a Gypsy, so not sure to find out anything more about him.
