Hi

1) What programme are you using to try and send/receive emails? If this is Outlook Express then you are probably using a trial version and you will need to buy it to get the product key.

2) The key you are entering from the underside is the serial number of your laptop, not a product registration number.

If you are using something like hotmail or yahoo etc, then the best way for you to send and receive emails is via the internet.

i have a laptop home basic vista i have two problems first before i can get messages it keeps on asking me to enter product key when i enter the one found on the underside it say,s invalied prob, two i can not send emails any help with this will save it being thrown out.
