It could depend on how often you add names to your tree. Have had none for months, but a batch arrived 2 days after about 20 new names were added last week. Big puzzle though, none of the matches, 99.99% of which were stone cold, involved any of the newly added names.

It's supposed to be every 14 days but I've not had any for nearly a month. If you contact GR they will probably suggest that you have no matches.
