I'm trying to find firstly, Ronald Peers who was born in 1929. I'm looking for a marriage or possible death certificate for him. He was born in Doncaster but I think he moved out of this area. He was taken in by an Annie lIzzie Peers (his aunt) who married Clifford Japp in 1928.

Secondly, I'm trying to find out when Amy Peers died - she was born 19 Aug 1908 and I know she was definitely alive at 1941 because she married Frederick Joseph Taylor in Reading then. Apart from that, she joined Bertram Mills Circus (Frederick was a circus tent man and then joined the Royal Artillery in the war). I can't find any records of her after this. Any ideas?

Her birth certificate shows her as Emma Peers but in the 1911 census and on her marriage certificate, as well as my nan's brother's birth certificate, she is down as Amy Peers.

Any help gratefully received!

Gemma

Perhaps if you post who you are looking for, and all the information you already have on them, someone may be able to help you.

Hi

Im trying to find some relatives but cannot seem to trace them on any area of either genes or ancestry - they just seem to disappear. Is there a data base held that can be searched that has ALL records - can I just ask the GRO to have a look and can they cross reference information I hold? If not, I don't know how I'm ever going to find out any information.
