Trouble buying credits for 1911 census?

Hi,

I have just been contacted by my cousin who is trying to buy some credits to view images on the 1911 census. The problem is that when he tries to sign in it tells him his email address does not exist but if he tries to sign in on the findmypast site it tells him his email address is logged in elsewhere. Has anyone else had a similar problem and if so can you tell me how you resolved it please?

I thought I had read about this in a previous thread on this board but I have searched for it and cannot find it.

The only trouble I have with buying credits is my husband seeing the bill! lol
