You're welcome
I have a couple of unopened messages, at least you know you're not being ignored, just maybe that person has changed email adresses
Good luck to you too
Sam ;-)

Hi Lou
All you can do is check your sent items box, it will show if the message has been opened. You can look way back and check your older ones too.
You will see a closed purple envelope if the message is unread

HI, How can you tell if someone is still a member of this site? Is there a way of knowing? I wrote to a member back in Jan 2008 as I found a match, wrote again when I discovered another match in mid 2008, and now with another new discovery want to contact them again and as I've not heard from them I'm wondering if they are still a member? We both have a match of at least 4 ancestors.

Thanks, Lou
