Bath BMD has the mother's maiden name in their index. Isabella's mother was a HARDWICK:

Have you tried looking for her with her family on the 1911 census?
It looks like they spelt her name isabel poss parents arthur and rose.

Because the mother's maiden name is not added to the birth index until 1911, you would have to buy the birth certificate to be certain of her mother's maiden name:-

Can any one help me find out an Isabella Lily F Barker mothers madien name. Isabella was born in 1906 married an ernest Snelgrove in 1929
