How do I correct my mistake?

Member Since: June 2007 Posts: 2 Send Message	Some time ago, I put the wrong brother down as my Grandad's Grandad. I've since built on both ends of the tree, so there are quite a lot of names both above and below this mistake. All the info is correct except for this one link. Is there any way I can just slip my Grandad's dad across so he is shown as the son of the correct brother? Hope this makes sense! Elise

	A lot depends on what information you have entered for the brother. You can change their names about.ie A and B change to B and A. Their ancestors are common so that will not be affected. You will then have to delete all descendants that are wrong.

	Hi, sometime ago i did the same thing,i contacted genes support team,gave them the details and asked them if they could fix it for me,which they did very quickly!So you could try that good luck Blue
