There is a lot of really useful information on the genuki site, it is just that some of it is rather hard to find sometimes.

Just a reminder that there is a a full donwloadable place name index on this site:

http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/genuki/reg/

which will show you which district different places are in (and which ones they were in when if they have changed).

I downloaded it a while ago and use it all the time.
