Thanks, have tried the website, but that wasn't any help. I remember some nuns visiting our home as a child and I think they may have come from Broadstairs.

Broadstairs sounds likely?

I have in my tree a Kathleen Sullivan who I am told went to join the Faithful Companions of Jesus order. It is beleived she went to live in a convent in Skipton and then on the south coast possibly Eastbourne. She died in the 1950's. Any ideas how I can find out if she was in this order and where she is buried?

Any help would be appreciated
