	Sur could you explain a bit more please. Do you still have connection via internet explorer on your laptop or were you using mozilla firefox. "I had internet explorer on my lap top to connect to the internet .......... it was mozilla"

	I had internet explorer on my lap top to connect to the internet, then for some reason I couldnt connect to that it was mozilla then my computer crashed and I can't get on the internet at all now. Does anyone know how to explain to me in easy to understand instructions as to what I can do, to get back on the internet this is on my lap top and it is Vista ?? any help please
