Hi,
I've been trying to find out where a couple i have on my tree were born.
I got hold of the OPR for their marriage yesterday, but all it says is "of this parish"
would this mean that they both resided in the parish at the time?
Or were born there?
many thanks for answers

No Luck so far in the census as to place of birth.
It just says Aberdeenshire on the 1841!

They were married in Cruden in May 1802 so i suppose they were born about 1780ish
Any way thanks for your imput,it does help to get the old brain cells working
