I am trying to confirm siblings of a relation named Mark Houghton b1806 Beds. I have lots of names of peope from census's 1941 from around that time and the right area but beacause i cannot get the census and birth cert's i cannot confirm siblings and parents, very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated,
