a friend asked me to get their birth cert
.it is from northern ireland
I sent off for it but after a long wait they said they could not find it .
so i sent off for it on another site ,got it back and it says that they where adopted.
can anyone tell me what advise to give this person in regard to finding their true birth parents ie ;who to get in touch with and what they need to do next if they want to find their birth parents .
