Full recovery of the remains should be completed by the end of September - various methods will be used to identify the bodies. The remains will be washed and placed in a temporary mortuary until such time as they are given the burial they deserve

You're welcome Michael. This is "The" site to watch if you are interested in how the project is going. It will be updated regularly. How wonderful & sad at the same time for the families of these young men, to find them and to finally behable to lay them to rest.

News reports today inform of the beginning of the recovery of about 400 British and Australian troops who fell at Pheasant Wood, Fromelles, France in WW1.

The news report goes on to say that both Governments have published a list of names of the bodies of soldiers they expect to find. The Australian list can be found at the link below.

I have however not been able to find the similar British list. Does anyone know where this can be found?
