problems with my tree

The reason your tree doesn't load is that there is insufficient space in your internet cache.

Clear your internet temp files out and try again.

If this doesn't work then it might be necessary to allocate more space to the cache.

Just shout out if you need instructions.

Try shutting down pc and then sign in again................sometimes works ?

I cannot move around my tree at all it just keeps running loading the rest of the tree so annoying I was planning on a few hours while my husband watches the football!!!

Only half of my Tree comes up. To see the other, I have to enter a name in the search box and work from there.
