If you are lucky enough to find somebody else researching the same family names as you, try contacting them.

Some people like myself, are only to willing to share certificates obtained, as long as they feel comfortable with knowing that you are related.

You could try this website, where people has submitted details of their certificates to share and/or sell unwanted ones obtained in error.

You have to register to be able to search and see the records though.

you may be able to find the parish records of the marriages depending on when they were ,but you would need to know the church they married in as it will be a long haul otherwise at the local records offices.

can anyone advice me how to avoid buying certificates as i only need the date of my relations marriages i have all the years
