Thank you Shirley
I eventually emailed Ancestry and they gave me the answer. I had messed up the browser on my computer and had to put it back to Internet explorer

Many thanks

did you accept their offer to upload your tree to Ancestry. I use FTM 2006 and periodically get a box open asking if I want to upload my tree saying i have now added xx amount of entries ,, It does cost though to hold your tree on Ancestry altho dont know if this applies if you already have a sub ,which like you I do have,.
I have so far declined their offer!

I have been using this software since 2006 with no problem. I have a subscription with Ancestry but it has just started saying "application not found" when I try to use the "view on line" feature. Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?
