Louisa Minnie Barbara and Enid and Rosa V (??) were my aunts.
Their father wasn't Wright however, he was George Handley. (it seems they never married.)

William Arthur Wright was not around by the end of WW1

I would welcome the birth registration details of my aunts though Jonesey.
I don't recognise an aunt by the name of Rosa V, only a grandmother.

Who is the other member with Rosa Perks in 1891 Quinsgran?

Rosa Victoria Perks married William in 1908 so the birth Jonesey found for Rosa V Wright looks promising

William Arthur Wright married my Grandmother Rosa Perks in Oct/Nov/Dec 1908. They lived in Burton.
There are two recorded deaths in WW1

BOT/089/050 1914
BOT/092/073 1916

Can anybody help me to comfirm if either are my Grandmothers husband?
