edit, probably too old, I made a typo and put 1866 instead of 1886

Hi Helen
Mary Moynahan was born 1886 in Sydney NSW Australia and died 1946.My Aunty have said that she was born no the ship from Ireland.So I am guessing that Briget was carrying her when she came to Australia.I have already tried to google Jeremiah and find some things but nothing I can match.

Hi Rhonda, we really need a bit more info if possible, for example when were Mary and Bridget born, as this may well give us a guesstimate for Jeremiah's age.

Do you know where Bridget came to Australia from, ie did she come straight from Ireland or was she in the UK?

For a bit of fun you could google Griffiths Valuation which gives details of 7 Jeremiah Moynahans. Of course there are lots of different ways of spelling the surname which doesn't help!

Can anyone help I am at a stand still with Jeremiah Moynahan.He is my gggrandfather and had my ggrandmother (Mary Moynahan) with Bridget Devine .I have the transcription of Mary,s marriage and it said that Jeremiah was deceased at time of marriage(1905).Mary's Mother was born in Ireland.Jeremiah and Bridget where never married that I can find.I know that Bridget came to Australia but nothing that I can find where Jeremiah lived.
Please Help
