There is no matching birth ref on Ancestry for a Joseph Caldwell born 1930 with mmn Wheeler - presume this means they might be in Scotland?
Have you tried Scotlands People?

Have a look on 'search trees'. Presumably you have some location info............

IS THERE ANYONE RELATED TO MY GRANDMOTHER BORN 26/021898 SHE WAS MARRIED TO JOHN CALDWELL BORN 12/04/1989 THEY HAD SEVERAL CHILDREN 8 IN ALL INCLUDING MY DAD JOESPH CALDWELL BORN 15/05/1930 .
IF YOU ARE RELATED OR THINK YOU ARE RELATED IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HEAR FROM YOU. AS IM DOING MY FAMILY TREE AND MY DADS SIDE OF THE FAMILY IS LOOKING A WEE TAD EMPTY THANKS ALL.XXX
