requesting tree

I have just tried to request a tree but can't because of message about privacy over the relevant bit! have sent for lots before so I know how. Is this just me?

Sounds as though your browser page needs re-sizing.

Hold down the Ctrl key and move your mouse wheel up or down untill it fits the screen correctly.

Me again! I'm afraid the suggestion did not help. Would someone please be kind enough to go on the "request tree" bit on a message and see if they have the same thing? Thanks!

Is this what you mean?
In "my contacts" there is a request button,when you click it you cannot see the screen properly?
Scroll down the page for the button.Tried it and it works.

Hi Jim.
When I go on the message bit which tells you to click on send to send message, immediately under it is a green bar with a message about privacy which I think is hiding what I have to click. I've scrolled down but can't see anything else, or how to get rid of this bar.

All I know is that if I do this it works.

Tree Request
To request permission to see this person's tree, just click "Send message"
Now 4 inches below is "send message" and it works.
